I create different menu for each language, but now I can see only one menu. When I change the language – I still have same menu, but some of the items are translating to the new language.
How can I assign different menu to different languages?

You have to assign each menu to corresponding language.
If you theme support multiple menu you have to choose what menu you want to switch from “Select the name of your primary menu” panel.
