do the links show in the post/page editor while you edit/create the post/page ?

Hi, the links do show in the post/page editor. but not when I clcik “View Page”.
These are the I would like linked in the two sites:
on
http://www.andrewstucken.ocm
Home page: I would like to add the link “Journalisted” for my listing at http://journalisted.com/andrew-stucken
on
http://www.appliedtranslations.co.uk
on the homepage I would like to add the text “andrewstucken.com” with the link http://www.andrewstucken.com
and the words “payments Page” linked to http://appliedtranslations.co.uk/?page_id=15
Some of the links do work – I am mystified as to why some do and some don’t.
how do you add the links?
are you highlighting the word, then click the ‘link’ button?
alternatively, you can try to edit the page/post using the ‘text’ tab of the editor;
try to locate what I can find in your site right now, for example:
<a href="http://journalisted.com/andrew-stucken" title="Journalisted"></a>
and change it to:
<a href="http://journalisted.com/andrew-stucken" title="Journalisted">Journalisted</a>

Thankyou. The magic word was “highlighting”.
Schoolboy error on my part. Thankyou for your kind help in resolving this issue, which I have now rectified.
