Want a cool plugin for navigation menu

I have been working on trying to get my navigation menu to look and feel more professional but am unable to manipulate it. Can someone give me some suggestions on how to do this. A nice button menu with a hovering drop down sub menu view would be great. Presently I’m not satisfied with the current look of my menu:
