about plugin development tutorial

    Hi guys,
    I am a newbie for WordPress and im wondering how to write a plugin.
    I have had a look from WordPress Codex and there does have some pages introducing the plugin development, but they are still seem too simple.

    so, im wondering that where can I find a detailed tutorial or books or examples?
