    First off, let me say that so far I’m really enjoying my experience with WordPress! I’m excited to be working with it!
    My issue is that my webhost, Lunarpages, has restricted installations of Movable Type, which I was using previously. I had an MT site up for about 18 mos, and without warning they stopped it because of some security issues they said MT had. I’m not exactly sure what they did to disable it, but I can no longer access the Admin functions. This causes a problem because although I have a nice installation of WP going, I can’t import my old entries because I have no access to exporting from MT. I’ve emailed Lunarpages several times and they told me I can export the tables from MySQL and import those into WordPress, but I’ve looked and have found no information on this. I’m not sure how to format the export, etc. Anybody got any helpful hints? Thanks.

    Didn’t we have some other thread where Lunarpages didn’t bother telling a newbie what directory her files should be placed in? Another one to add to the ‘hosts to avoid’ page I think.
