Membership Sales

I am trying to create a sales part to my sports club website. We want to be able to arrange memberships for people joining our club. Therefore the “products” wouldn’t be physical items but would need to include a page for them to put their details (name, DOB, etc) and once filled out to to the payment options.

This is possible with Woocommerce?
