Import from Folders does not work!?

Hi,

I’m running a multisite WP (msWP) installation. At the Network Options of NextGen Gallery I have defined a Gallery path like this

“wp-content/gallery/”

which is a “shared” path that holds all galleries of all sites of my msWP. Some galleries are shared or used on multiple sites of my msWP. Which is preventing me having the same content as duplicate uploads.

Unfortunately it seems now that at each site itself NextGen is not longer showing up the gallery path under Other Options / Image Options.

At each site where NextGen was enabled I had under NextGen Other Options / Image Options as the first option to choose from the following:

Where would you like galleries stored?
(Where galleries and their images are stored)

and then the path was given in a single line text-box, such as “wp-content/gallery/” which was taken from the network setting.

But with the latest version the first option I can see at the “Other Options / Image Options” is to set

Delete Image Files?

which was previously the second option, so I’m missing the entire setup on each site to determine the unique gallery path. I know that I can change the path at the network setting and use a %BLOG_ID% for the blog ID but this is not what I wanted and the way I used NextGen was working perfectly for me. So what happened? Can this be fixed? Why is the option Where would you like galleries stored?
(Where galleries and their images are stored) gone?

Beyond that the “Add Gallery / Images” option is not showing up with a text or what ever field to specify any folder that should be imported. So I’m unable to import images that have been uploaded via FTP.

Please fix both issues otherwise I just can use NextGen to administrate the existing images and galleries but I’m not able to create new galleries!
