Redirect when theme doesn't pull proper footer code

Can anyone please help me to hard code or otherwise redirect to a new page when my theme doesn’t allow me to use the “Additional Settings” field?
I understand and have read the “normal” solutions for redirecting Contact Form 7 to a new page after submission.
My theme, however, doesn’t pull the required footer code into my pages in order to use the Additional Settings redirect code.

Additionally, the instructions I found online for hardcoding the redirect seem to be written for an older version of Contact Form 7 and I can’t seem to get this to work.
Can anyone please help me hard code a redirect after submission?
