I have the same problem too. Looking forward for the resolution.
Usually the problem is with the gateways that you are using if its not the ones in WPEC or Gold Cart.
Contact your gateway developer to update their code, they can use the paypal standard gateway to see whats changed.
Problem solved in record time by Dom over at whitelamp.com.
The problem was in fact my custom gateway so I had Dom update it for me and it seems to work fine. That is until a future update changes things again 🙂

I’m using the Paypal Payments Standard Gateway and no emails are sent to the buyer at all from WPEC. I am getting email sent to the seller address though. I am using a custom form set as well. As I said it works for the seller emails but the buyer gets nothing.
Any thoughts?
The basic transaction results emails are not being sent when a successful purchase is made (neither the email to the admin nor the customer receipt).

I’m having the same problem, at least when in the store sales section of the site I cannot send order dispateched emails etc. a pop up states: COULDN’T SEND TRACKING EMAIL. PLEASE TRY AGAIN.
