Missing tab.js file?

Hi. The Vantage theme file

extras/panels-lite/panels-lite.php

makes this call:

wp_enqueue_script('siteorigin-panels-lite-teaser', get_template_directory_uri().'/extras/panels-lite/js/tab.js', array('jquery'));

but the referenced file /extras/panels-lite/js/tab.js does not exist in the theme directory anywhere, nor does it seem to exist in Trac/subversion, at least in the recent versions I looked at. I see that at least one other user has had an issue with this file being missing:

Should the file be there, or should the enqueue call be removed, or is something else happening that I’m not understanding?
