Email problem

Hi, i have a refund request from easy digital downloads and now when come to the moment to fix this issue i can’t send email back to support@easydigitaldownloads.com. I am sorry but when someone have issue and come to this point for asking a refund all communication stop working. This is absolutely horrible.
