Nextgen plugin

    @leewb1@comcast.net Both websites have the same plugins and server?
    Are PHP Safe Mode Off and PHP Allow URL fopen On? You can take a look in Overview page at your server settings. Have you checked the error log?
    And have you activated permalink, or you are using the default structure?

    I was having the same issue. I felt silly. Changing the permalink did fix the issue for me. Thank you tizz. I do have one question. Why did the permalink change matter?

    @aleigha11 – Generally it is only with some web hosting services that the Permalink structure will make a difference. Currently we are aware of GoDaddy, 1and1, and Aruba.it that this is most commonly found on.
