blank admin pages

    One of our wordpress sites is no longer allowing access to the admin side. The wp-admin login is completely blank.

    Changing the name of the theme folder allows me in, but when I use a different browser, the login page remains blank.

    Changing the name of the plugins folder doesn’t help.

    any other ideas?

    Problem solved.

    deleting the wp cache
    disabling wp-super-cache plugin
    disabling wp-native dashboard plugin
    re-installed wp 3.8.1

    at that point, sometimes I could login and at others I couldn’t.

    that was solved by going to the active theme / functions.php and at the bottom of the page, edit the last line so it’s included within the main <php script, rather than being located within it’s own script.
