What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

Hi Esmi, I am using REDPRO. But the theme owner is not interested to provide any help. So, I looking help from you or other friends in wordpress forum. I have downloaded it through wp dashboard.

Redpro theme developer told to take paid service from somewhere. Aa a moderator is it your direction to follow him? But why the forum for?
The developers are under no obligation to provide support for theme customising. If you cannot manage the work yourself, you may want to consider hiring someone instead.
