i have actived this plugin not open wp admin

This problem is probably caused by insufficient resources on your hosting server. I had to increase the memory limit on my own servers too for the latest WordPress version. The server log will probably reveal the exact reason. If you cannot access this log file yourself, you could ask your hosting provider to take a look.
