I need Help BAD !! PLease

    Hey there everyone.. I am to the point of breaking LOL.. I am trying to use the SMS features of lively chat and have paid for it . followed all the instructions with Twilio setup all that is needed. But I have been at this for 3 day. And There is ZERO Support from Lively. I mean NONE.. No contacts that seem to be real, Don’t get me wrong I am grateful for what they do but a way to speak or get and Email back would be nice.. SO,, If you are out there and can help me with this.,I would be forever grateful. I can be contacted via email juice30@gmail.com .. It is really important that we receive our live chat to our cell phones. We help people get treatment and cant always be in front of the computer.
