I am building a website in a new WordPress theme and am having problems with my tables in it which I don’t have in my other Websites.

I have removed borders on the table but there is still a faint grey border around the table. I then set the border colour to the same colour as the Website but it is still showing.

The new theme scripts and short codes are based on boot strap, could this be the problem and if so are there any fixed the theme developers could do to resolve it. The grey border only shows when the mouse is hovering over the table.

    Thanks

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

What you are seeing there is not a border actually, but it’s the hover highlighting.
To remove that, simply uncheck the “Row Highlight” checkbox on the “Edit” screen of the table.

    Tobias

    Hi Tobias,

I went and had a look but the row hover highlighting isn’t checked. Is there anything else I can do?

    Thanks

    Hi Penny,

the “Row Hover Highlighting” checkbox is checked for table 2, I’m pretty sure.
That’s the table we are talking about, right?

    Regards,
    Tobias

Oh, I’m so sorry Tobias. I only changed it in the one of the tables. Thank you so much.
