    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Please provide some more details here. Are you using the latest version of WordPress (3.8.1) and of TablePress (1.3)?
Does this happen with all other plugins except TablePress deactivated and after switching to a WordPress default theme like TwentyFourteen? What theme are you using at the moment?
What error message to you get?

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,

yes, I will gladly try to help, but I need you to answer my question.
What is not working in TablePress? What are you trying to do, what are you expecting and what is happening instead? Are you seeing error messages?

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi sir,

    Hi,

ok, so there’s probably something wrong with the JS on the page, e.g. because some other plugin is interfering.

If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please create a temporary admin account for me and send me the details via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,

that’s good to hear! I now logged in and can see the problem:
The issue is that your server is configured wrong. It’s preventing the loading of all JavaScript (.js), CSS (.css), and even text (.txt) files from the plugins folder.
    For example,
    http://www.shmlp-adurrsaku.com/wp-content/plugins/insert-html-snippet/css/xyz_ihs_styles.css
    http://www.shmlp-adurrsaku.com/wp-content/plugins/tablepress/admin/css/common.min.css
only return a “Not found” error, although they exist.

You will need to contact your webhost company and ask them to allow .js, .css, and .txt files in the plugins folder.

    Regards,
    Tobias

But i was told here i have one other page on that company and there’s no problem with .js, .css and .txt files, so maybe the problem is to the file permission, can you do any thing on that to help me? If you need i can send you my ftp logins..

    Hi,

I don’t really think that this is a file permission issue, as it affects all plugins, from what I can see. Also, I re-installed TablePress on your site and that should have fixed all such permission errors.
My assumption is that there’s for example a .htaccess file on the server that is restricting .css, .js, and .txt files. If you can’t find it, I can only suggest that you work on this with your webhost company.

    Tobias
