Support for Cyrillic alphabet

Hi there, building a site which eventually will be exclusivly in Russian using the cyrillic alphabet. I installed your plug-in but it looks like the way the XML file is encoded it doesn’t support Cyrillic characters..assume this has to do with the character set used in the XML file, can this be changed somewhere?

One example of what’s happening is the following link should look like this:
http://madaboutlondon.com/restaurants/английская-чайная-церемония-afternoon-tea-в-ло/But instead it comes out like this in the XML file:
http://madaboutlondon.com/restaurants/%d0%b0%d0%bd%d0%b3%d0%bb%d0%b8%d0%b9%d1%81%d0%ba%d0%b0%d1%8f-%d1%87%d0%b0%d0%b9%d0%bd%d0%b0%d1%8f-%d1%86%d0%b5%d1%80%d0%b5%d0%bc%d0%be%d0%bd%d0%b8%d1%8f-afternoon-tea-%d0%b2-%d0%bb%d0%be/Cheers,
