yers tried several, in admin when i approve it says “Booking approved. Email Sent.” but nothing is sent
If you hit the Test Email Settings button under Events > Settings > Email > Email Settings, do you get the test email?

yes i do, i “as admin” also get notified of the pending booking
did you try changing your mail sending method then use gmail account to ruleout any server issue ?

I never tried changing the sending method as i know emails are sent for everything else other than the person filling in the booking form
Do you have an approved booking e-mail configured in Events > Settings > Email?

in Events > Settings > Email i have no booking option,
just Notification sender address in email settings
I guess i need to enter #_BOOKINGEMAIL somewhere?
I think what Phil was asking was whether you have content under Booked User Emails > Confirmed booking email under Events > Settings > Emails > Booking Email Templates.

I only have email settings and event submission templates
Odd. There should be a tab called Booking Email Templates.
What version of Events Manager are you using?

Thanks. Looks like you don’t have Enable Bookings set to Yes under Events > Settings > General Options.
