How do I add the first 50 words to the search results page?

    Hi,
    I have not been using the <!–more–> tag nor have I used the excerpt feature in my posts as I like the whole post to be displayed on the homepage/caterories/etc pages.

    However, on the search results page of my blog I would like to include a little text that includes a little excerpt from each post – say, 50 words or 3 sentences. I’d like to know how I can achieve this?

    I am using the default Kubrick theme and haven’t changed the search.php file there.
