can i make all event as scroll ..

    you can use one of the jquery cycle or ticker scripts,
    here is one with only 4 lines of code, (asuming you already use jquery on your website)

    I don’t know your knowledge of javascript, but you can
    replace all the #ticker id’s with .single-event-view class and it will work
