[Theme: Invert-lite] Logo size

Hi,

First thanks for the opportunity to start using WordPress.

I downloaded a theme called Invert-lite, very nice theme by the way but I would like to use a bigger logo and the theme only allow a height of 40px, for me 80px or 100px would be nice, if somebody know how to change it please help me.

Also is this theme I would like to stop logo shrink when I scroll down the page to keep the menu bar and logo always on top.
