Display Video In Post Excerpt

Hi, i’m wondering if there is an easy way to have a video displayed in a post excerpt rather than text. As an example i have a post containing an embeded YouTube video on my website. Whenever viewing the sites home page the post’s excerpt is a few sentences from the beginning of the post. I would like to make it to where the excerpt contains the video from the post instead to were viewers can watch the video from the home page. I am aware of how to change the excerpt length and contents as a side note. Thank you.
