• When we import text into the wpcf-description field about half of the time the content doesn’t import. I thought it was due to formatting such as word wrap, so I cleared all the formatting in the cells with imports. No improvement. Other times I thought it may be due to a symbol that is in the content. I was wondering, is there any symbols your aware of that would cause this type of error? I can send you an example file next time it happens if that would help.
Love the plugin, we use it plugin all the time!

Thanks again for your report! What plugin you are using to create “wpcf-description” field? I’ll try test.

I think any symbols are not block importing. because there are no problems when importing Japanese including tons of non ascii characters!

Hi hissy, we are using the WYSIWYG field which come from the native wp_editor editor. Thanks for looking into this! I can provide a sample if you require.
