Custom Post Menu Type Parent and Child Sorting

Hey, trying something a bit different here and trying to setup a dynamic menu that includes the parent and children posts of a custom post type with the depth max of 2. I’ve got the menu working, the depth working, stuck on setting up a custom style for the parent and custom style for the child.

Here’s where I’m at:

	'post_type'	=>'girls-team',
	'title_li'	        => __(''),
	'depth'		=>	2,
	'post_parent'     => 0
);
//displayed
wp_list_pages($args);

I’d like to be able to get the parent in a span and the children in a list… suggestions?
