Adding Transposh to custom menu

Hi, would you please let me know how can I add transposh to custom menu items? Indeed I want to put it in custom pages, menu ,… I tried using links, it works but when I try to switch to other language it doesn’t work.
For example I have put 3 links in my menu:
http://localhost/wordpress/?lang=tr
http://localhost/wordpress/?lang=en
http://localhost/wordpress/?lang=fa
but after translating to turkish, trasposh changes them to:
http://localhost/wordpress/?lang=tr
http://localhost/wordpress/?lang=tr
http://localhost/wordpress/?lang=tr
