ERROR: Need to enable cookies

    I moved a client’s website to a new host and now I can’t login! I keep getting an ERROR message and enable cookies…the cookies are enabled. I tried a couple of hacks that I found in the forum…taking out lines in the wp login.php or the functions.php and neither worked. HELP ME!!!!!
