Used the Cat-to-Tag Plugin… now help with NOT using it.

    Forgive me if these seems stupid. I got a wild idea to use the Cat to Tag category plug-in, so now I have a bazillion categories. Is there anyway to clean those up and then incorporate a true category/tag system? A Batch-Edit of some kind?

    I can no longer find one I am reading about here a lot called Ultimate Tag Warrior
