category names

I want my site’s categories to be like this:

http://www.betweendreamsmag.com/concerts/

instead of like this:

http://www.betweendreamsmag.com/?cat=2

I can’t find in the options, or categories area where I can change this, though I have it correctly on a separate blog. Thanks! Chad
