Database Backup Incomplete?

I just had to restore my database because of a plug-in conflict that wiped out all of my woocommerce settings.
I have daily database backups and after restoring, NONE of my theme options are saved. It will take me hours to redo everything! Probably just as long or longer than resetting woocommerce again.
Why is this?
