Fatal Error Message

I have this message psoted on my blog at the end. I removed the chicklet-creator but the message is still there and it has created a problem with the blog. My login panel is gone?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: chicklet_creator() in /home/homedes1/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/connections/index.php on line 73

Any thoughts on how to get this back to normal without starting from scratch?
