The plugin was updated to be compatible with WooCommerce Version 2.1 and backward on the 16th of January – a full 26 days before the release – we can do that because we are contributors to the WooCommerce code. See chnagelog

Plugin was checked against WC version 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 and no issues found – so no update required.
