• I hope anybody is able to help ASAP, as our site was to launch 2 days ago.

I love this plugin and it will save us several hours a day using it. But there is one problem that we are having with the date, week not working correctly for some reason. On some attributes they do work, on some they do not. I included a few screenshots for example.

Look under Daily Sales and look at the second screen shots. If we can figure that out, I think we can figure out the weekly clicks.

As you can see, the first screenshot is for Feb 17th, and it reports 4 sales that day, and the second is the admin panel for said sales, all reported on the 16th, none on the 17th.

Thank you for any help. Hopefully it’s something simple.

Can you please provide details on the shortcodes you are using to produce that? It could be that you’re using a set of attributes that are not suitable for the desired output.

Here is a screenshot showing all my shortcodes that I am using. You can match them up with the table of stats I showed you on the other page.

I do have an update though. I was able to fix the daily sales. Whenever I was submitting the sale, I would submit them a little before 12AM my local time. Even though it shows that in the screen shot I showed you, whenever I would go to edit the referrals, it would show it as UTC time. So if I was submitting the sale at 11:30PM, the UTC time was the next day. I don’t understand why since my wordpress time is in New York (EST). Is there a way you can tell me to fix this? I need the stats to end at 12AM EST, but if there is no work around I can do it all manually.

I imagine this is also affecting the weekly clicks. I want my week to start on Sunday. I imagine it’s not starting on Sunday, which is why it is doing it.

Thank you for getting back to me quickly. It shows a lot about you.

I would not recommend to touch the dates of the referrals themselves. In fact, there is an adjustment between server-user dates done automatically, so if there’s anything that does not fit what we would expect, we might be up to a bug.

I’ll leave this topic open for review meanwhile (need to take a closer look to make sure whether there is a bug or not).

Many thanks for your detailed feedback. Also the way you present the data is pretty cool!
