Please guide me

Hello,
I read about your plugin. I want to –
show the daily pageviews to my authors as I run a paid to write site.
The authors should also be able to see daily, weekly, monthly, etc. views.
The most important is, no matter how many times a page is refreshed, it should only show one unique view for 24 hours.
Can this plugin do these things?
