Easy Media Gallery Pro Version support please

Hi

Hope someone in this group can help me please. I purchased the Easy Media Gallery Pro Version via Ghozylab some 6 months ago.

I received support at the begining… however since then i have changed my paypal account details and advised Ghozylab of the change.

Now i need the pagination on my gallery page…. but unless i get the latest upgrade it can’t be done.

Ghozylab are not supporting me via their support chanel even though i have shown the unique ID transaction and print out of receipt for the purchase on my original Paypal account.

I don’t know what to do… WordPress is quite new to me… this is the first bad experience i’ve had after purchasing a plugin.

Can someone please advise as to what i should do. or How i can go about upgrading this plugin please.
