I’m doing this from memory (which is not a strength of mine!) but although I didnt uncover how this happened it appeared that the JQuery library that should be included was not. I added this in manually in one of my themes files. You just need to include in a head section an include for the JQuery library.

I tryied anything I could with jquery… but still not works… until I said to myself “maybe I have to call the form from a ‘post’ and not a ‘page’ ?! “
OMG !! That’s it !! Couldn’t be a page (an article) but a post !!!

It worked for 10 minutes maybe, and suddenly my price calculation has been replaced by “…”
And impossible to turn it back on.

Try this, Add this line in your header to load jazzy forms .js :
<?php jzzf_enqueue() ?>
