How to export all posts data ( including attached images ) from wordpress

I have my wordpress blog, where i have some old posts with some attached images, now what i want is to export those posts so that i can move my wordpress blog somewhere else and then reimport all the posts with the images. I googled about it and always saw people telling to select the option to export everyting including media and all, but media option is not there in my export menu how do i do it
