on a post where a video is present and some text, when shared on facebook we have no control over the image, and its picking up comment code even when comments for that page are off or on. (tested)

Update seems to be only on Posts its not grabbing the important text.

Running Facebook’s debugger on a URL will clear Facebook’s cache of that page:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

I ran their debugger on the page you provided to share, which cleared Facebook’s cache of that page, which resolved the mangled description issue for that page.
