Well the simplest way is to use the product search widget from woocommerce if you want to show your products that way, or fyi premium theme has a grid layout for the search page.
To modify the free you will need to do coding, make a file called search.php in the theme folder and write in your loop. That will effect the output or your search results.

Thank you for your answer!
Before reading you I had found a solution by myself: in the customization panel of the theme, there is a tab, probably called “Various Settings” or something similar (I’m not sure about the name because my theme is in Italian) where I could set “Blog Post Summary Default” to “Portrait image”.
It works like a charm for me, because it shows a list of the search results with title, description and the image! 🙂
Hope it could help to someone else.
Thank you blufragola,
To confirm if using english language:
Appearance => Theme options => Misc Settings
I then changed:
Blog Post Summary Default => Portrait Image
Blog Post Head Content Default => Image
Not sure which one did the trick, but it ‘aint broke so I’m leaving it alone 🙂
Also doesn’t produce thumbs but I don’t want thumbs in this case anyway
my product img’s are at 300 x 300 that’s what i wanted so I won’t be looking further into this part at the moment.
This theme rocks by the way. Every time I modify a template or apply custom CSS, I later discover there is a theme setting to do the same through WP GUI.
So many customization options …. Just awesome! Thanks Kadence.
