I find Viper’s Video Quicktags to be nicely reliable.
I’m having the exact same problem on my blog, even using Viper’s plugin. I’m also using the same theme as Duong. I wonder if that has something to do with it?
Yup, I switched out themes to the WordPress classic 1.5 and had no problems loading and playing the video in Firefox. There’s something going on with the theme.
I already turned off the editor tool in my profile, and I even used Viper’s Video Quicktags. I’ve read somewhere that if you created your blog with FF or IE, it will work perfectly when you see it from that browser.

Your validation errors may be the problem, but they don’t look that serious really.
