NOT CONNECTED after entering API Code

    Hi,

    I’ve asked this question in 2 other topics but it still remained unsolved!
    I am receiving a NOT CONNECTED message after entering the API Code;
    I don’t have any special plugin on my website and also I have the copy of this website on an another webhosting and everything works fine there!
    current hosting company told me that they have cURL SSL request enabled on their server and asked me to give them the Port Number or URL to check the problem on the server!

    Hi Babak,

    This is most likely something in your webhost its firewall settings. It is impossible for me to tell what exactly. No open ports are required as the plugin is making a remote request to the MailChimp server, not the other way around.

    The requests are made to the following URL.

    https://<dc>.api.mailchimp.com/2.0/

    <dc> is the servername, us1 to us7 respectably.

    Hope that helps your webhost fix the issue.
