  • Hi,

It sounds like an optional performance feature is potentially impacting something in the back end. Try setting a PageRule to see if it helps.

I tried that. I have a rule for mydomain.com/whmcs-bridge/* Even when I set everything to off in that rule the problem remains. Nothing seems to help but turning cloudflare of entirely.

Not something I can look at in detail here. If possible, please open a support ticket & we can take a look.

I had the same problem and I was able to fix it by adding a page rule to the website:

    mysite.com/whmcs-bridge/*
    performance>off

    then click update.

I had to wait about a minute to see the changes.

I was wrong. The page rules aren’t working for me either, I must not have waited long enough after updating the page rules. I had paused cloudflare for the website before adding the page rule and maybe I had forgotten to turn it back on.

Anyways, were you able to find a fix for this issue?

    Hi,

We do have to be on (not paused) for PageRules to work. Try clearing your browser cache as well to see if that helps with us on.
