Include not exclude

Firstly, great plugin.

Just wondered if there’s a way to include widgets on single pages. The only way I can see of doing this at present is to check the “Show widget default on static pages?” radio button and uncheck all pages I don’t want it to appear on. Just wondered if there’s an option to check only the pages I want to appear on?
