Changing 'Shipping' title

Hello-

I filled out the text swap to change ‘Shipping’ to ‘Local Delivery or Store Pickup’. On the ‘Your Cart’ page under ‘Cart Totals’ the swap works fine unless the users selects the choice that isn’t defaulted. On the Checkout page, it also works under the ‘Your Order’ section, but again if the user selects the non-defaulted option, it refreshes and the field changes back to ‘Shipping’.
