Can't translate title on Contact Us page

Hi guys! I’m trying to set up this theme on my wordpress site, and im gonna use it in swedish. I’ve almost done all the translations, but can’t find where to change the title of CONTACT US on the hompepage. I’ve looked everywhere, but whitout result. Could you please help?
