• Hi,
    i have installed LaughingLizard’s nicer archives, not without his and 2fargon’s help. But if you go to my archives page at http://www.taijiquan.pro.br/arquivos.php?orderby=category which defaults to a category view, you can see under the category named “geral” that there is a post with no name on the date 09/02/04 (that’s feb 9th), it’s ID is number 8. If clicked the link leads nowhere. Also the link is not shown in other archive sorts (title or date), only in category.
    Other posts have been deleted, but as expected left no trace behind. How can i eliminate this zombie post? That must be in the database, right? (i mean: i have already deleted the post in the admin section, it doesn’t show up anymore therein.)
    Thanks,
    Eduardo

  • If you have deleted any users, then it’s possible that their posts still add to the count in the categories, at times. The devs know about this, and it will be fixed in 1.2 I guess. For now, you might have to delete it in the database.

    Well, as it is only one post, i would be happy deleting in the database – would you tell me how to do that?

    The post does not actually exist. I don’t know how to correct this by editing the database, since I am not familiar. I hope someone else can help you though.

    Thanks! I was hoping for something like DELETE FROM TABLE sometable WHERE some_way_to_identify_the_post;
    I will try reading through the database dump, tough.
