I can’t login to my admin section of my website.
Why? What happens?

no matter what i do i still get the same error message
Is there a php file I can edit to be able to get back into my site ??
This is far more likely to be a change in your hosts’ server configuration that they need to sort out. See http://wordpress.org/support/topic/cookies-are-blocked-or-not-supported-since-update-to-371/page/3#post-4900877 for an example.
I have 2 other wordpress sites with the same host and they login fine. Do you still think its a host problem?
I can’t get into my dashboard at all. I don’t think its a hosting error. They said on this link that they get an error once then the second time they can get in. That’s not the case with me.
Can I reinstall wordpress without losing my data?
Do you still think its a host problem?
It’s likely to be a server problem. Having more than 1 site with the same host does not automatically mean that they are all hosted on the same server.
I spoke with Godaddy who hosts my website. The problem was not on their side. It seems the zencart plugin I had loaded was blocking the cookies since i didn’t finish setting it up.
He changed the folder where the zencart was to disable it and now I can log in.
YEAH!!!!
