Well I can’t see your blog. A quick check of your frame set up, you have the frame in there as http://www.celticspride.eerk.com. Please remember that the ‘celticspride’ takes the place of the ‘www’ and they should not be used together. About 30% of the net can’t see your site either.

Google “wordpress adsense plugin” will get you some plugins that might be right up your alley.

it’s pretty easy to add adsense using this plugin.

Try using another theme without frames, works even better with google (adsense).
Once you get the issues above straightened out, the file you want to edit will be the “sidebar.php” file. You will find it in your wp-content directory. You can edit it in your theme editor in the wordpress admin panel. Adsense deluxe would be a good plugin to utilize for adding your adsense.
