Mixed up dashboard language (de – en)

    Hello,
    I have a problem with the languages in the backend/dashboard.
    I have choosen German as default Language, but there are still sentences which aren’t translated for example “Add new” or “Pages”.
    I`ve turned also all plugins off, but nothing has changed.
    I use wordpress 3.8.1 and Polylang 1.4 and I also have a child-theme as well.
    Could you please help me,

    I don’t reproduce the issue. Maybe your German translations files are not up to date. Try downloading them manually.

    The German translation files are correct.
    I just reseted all settings and now it works, but I still don’t know what the problem was.
